What data we collect
When you place an order, we collect: your email address, the job listing or description you provide, and your uploaded CV/resume files. We do not collect payment card details — those are handled entirely by Stripe.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to process your order — to generate your optimised resume and cover letter, and to send you the download link. We do not sell, share, or use your data for marketing.
Data retention and deletion
Your uploaded CV and resume files are automatically deleted 48 hours after your order completes. Your output PDFs are deleted 72 hours after your order completes. Your email address and order record are retained for accounting and support purposes.
Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for data storage, Anthropic for AI processing, and Resend for email delivery. Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
