The service

Shortlisted provides an AI-assisted resume optimisation service. By placing an order, you receive one optimised resume and one cover letter (PDF and Word formats) tailored to the job listing you provide.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. The AI works only with what you submit and does not invent experience. You must ensure your CV and work history are accurate before submitting.

You are also responsible for reviewing the resume and cover letter we produce before using them. While the AI tailors your documents to the role, it may occasionally rephrase, reorder, or interpret your experience in ways that need correction. Read your documents carefully and make any necessary edits before submitting them to an employer. Shortlisted is not responsible for inaccuracies in the output that result from errors in the information you provided, or for any consequences arising from submitting documents you have not reviewed.

Refunds

Due to the nature of the service (AI processing costs are incurred per order), we do not offer automatic refunds. If you experience a genuine technical failure (e.g. processing error, corrupted output), contact us and we will resolve it or provide a refund at our discretion.

Download window

Download links are active for 72 hours after your order completes. It is your responsibility to download your files within this window.

Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee employment outcomes. The service provides an optimised document — success in the application process depends on many factors outside our control.
